When you place an order, you are inviting us to prepare a bespoke package just for you. We reserve the right to gracefully accept or gently decline any order. Your ritual is confirmed only once we have processed your payment and sent our acceptance. Because our team begins lovingly preparing your items right away, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is confirmed.

Delivery times are gentle estimates, and we are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or weather. Once the carrier receives your package, the title and risk of loss pass safely to you.
