At Blushi Skin, we pour our hearts into ensuring your skincare rituals arrive safely and beautifully. However, we understand that occasionally, the journey isn't perfect. We are here to care for you and ensure your experience remains as soothing and velvety as our formulas.
Damages & Imperfections
We meticulously craft and package our products, but if your items arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect product, please let us care for it immediately.

The Process: Please contact our nurturing support team at support@blushi-skin.com within 14 days of receiving your package. Include a clear photograph and a brief explanation of the concern so we can evaluate the issue.

Our Promise: If the error is on our end, we will make it right at our expense. We will happily ship a fresh replacement to you within 3 business days, or provide a full refund, depending on what brings you the most peace of mind.

Lost Packages: For packages that lose their way in transit, please submit your claim to us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
Standard Returns
We want you to feel completely confident in your Blushi Skin investments. We gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item, provided it meets our pristine standards.

Eligibility: To maintain the purity and integrity of our luxury skincare line, returned items must be in the exact condition you received them—unopened, unused, with tags, and resting in their original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Begin: Simply reach out to us at support@blushi-skin.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a complimentary return shipping label and gentle instructions on how to send your package back to us.

Please note: For the safety of our team and the integrity of our inventory, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

A Few Delicate Exceptions
To keep our operations running smoothly and sustainably, there are a few scenarios where we cannot issue a refund or replacement:

Sanctuary Details (Wrong Address): If the delivery address provided is deemed insufficient or incorrect by the courier, the package will be returned to our facility. We are happy to reship your ritual to the correct address, but you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

Unclaimed Packages: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us will require a reshipment fee to be sent back out to you.

Orders Already Prepared: If you wish to cancel an order, please do so quickly. Once our fulfillment team has lovingly prepared and boxed your items, we are unable to cancel or refund the order before it ships.
Receiving Your Refund
Once your returned package arrives at our facility, we will inspect the items and notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please reach out to us at support@blushi-skin.com so we can ensure everything is taken care of.
